Currently, you may choose to have your order sent via United States Postal Service priority delivery, or by UPS Ground delivery. Below is a UPS Ground map of transit times from TigerAngel Gifts. This map DOES NOT include production time if you order personalized items.

At this time, we only offer delivery to the contiguous 48 states.

Overnight/RUSH Shipping  
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer overnight or RUSH shipping at this time. All orders will be attended to when received, and the time frame the item is sent out will be as quick as we can fill the order. The same attention would go towards a RUSH order. If you do need something sooner than later, let us know upon checkout, and we'll see what we can do to possibly have it shipped a tad bit faster.

In a Pinch?  Need a gift NOW?
Is it Thursday and you have a baby shower to attend at Noon on Saturday? No, you will not
receive your package in time for the party.  Don’t run out to the local superstore and pick up
something run-of-the-mill.  Go ahead and get that darling little something you saw at TigerAngel Gifts!

TigerAngel Gifts recommends that you have your beautifully wrapped gift shipped directly to the expectant
parents and bring them a hint of what is to come! Print out the page where the photo of the item you
purchased is shown. Cut out the photo and attach it to the inside of a fancy baby shower card. You’ll save
face, the expectant parents will still be thrilled, and they’ll anxiously await the arrival of your gift…the perfect
surprise after all those other shower gifts have been put away!

P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses  
UPS will not deliver to PO BOXES or APO/FPO addresses.
Please provide a physical street address.
Failure to do so will delay your order.

Order Tracking
If you choose UPS Ground Service, as soon as your order ships, you will receive an email via UPS with a tracking
number to the email address you provided on your order.  Note, at times your shipping confirmation email can be
filtered by your email spam box.  If you have not received your confirmation email after 3 business days, you may
want to check your spam box. If you choose United States Postal Service Priority shipment, we will still send you
a confirmation email through TigerAngel's email system, to let you know your order has shipped.

When will I get my package?  Estimating Delivery Dates:
We know you are anxious to receive your package from TigerAngel Gifts. We thank you for
your patience and are committed to processing and shipping your order expeditiously!
When estimating the delivery date of your package, please consider the following:

1)  Credit card authorization and verification must be received prior to processing.
2)  All orders are shipped from Greenville/Winterville area (27858), North Carolina.
3)  UPS only makes deliveries Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.   
4)  As soon as your package ships, you will receive an e-mail from UPS with your tracking number,
or an email from TigerAngel.
