We want to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. We have a 100% no hassle guarantee return policy on all our items with the following policies noted below:

Stationery Ordering Details & Policy
Once we receive your order, we will create and send you a proof via email, within 2 business days, for your approval. You must approve this proof before final printing and shipping takes place! Once you approve, your item will print and ship within 3-5 business days.
 If we do not hear from you within 5 business days, the order will be cancelled. There is a $3.50 fee for all cancelled stationery orders and this will be taken out of your refund.


Mistakes:
Because of the extra proof step, we do not offer any compensation or reprinting for spelling errors made on the customer's part. Once you sign off on the proof, the design will not change, so errors will not be at the fault of TigerAngel. We do recognize and understand that everyone can sometime make a mistake, and we will work with you to try and correct the problem. 

Other TigerAngel Products:

1. Your item(s) must be returned within 30 calendar days of your original order arriving.

2. All items must be unwashed & unused with all original tags attached. 

3. Sorry, but anything that is personalized is not returnable (monogrammed items, stationery items, etc...).

4. Original shipping and handling charges are always non-refundable. 

5. EXCHANGES: If you want to exchange your item, requirements 1-4 as listed above also apply. The only extra requirement is that you will have to pay for re-shipment of the new item you want.

6. Note, that some items such as final close out items, sale items, and exclusive items are noted on our website as non-returnable at the time of purchase. These items cannot be returned with all sales final.

Contact TigerAngel Gifts prior to returning your package to ensure it is returnable. If the items do not meet our above requirements (for returns and exchanges), we reserve the right to decline a refund and/or exchange. We do not expect this to happen, but in the event the return policy requirements are not met, we will contact the customer and inform that a refund/exchange is declined. Customer can choose to keep the item(s), but will have to pay shipping expenses from TigerAngel back to customer's address. To avoid this, please inspect your item(s), and receipt to ensure such items are returnable.

Please include your original invoice, along with reason for returning in your return box. You will receive an email notification once your credit has been applied. Please allow at least 5 business days from the time of notification for your credit to appear on your credit card statement.

How Should I Ship My Package Back?
We strongly suggest that you use a shipping service that offers a tracking number.  In the event that you want to check on your return, having a tracking number will allow you to know exactly where your return package is during its journey back home. One choice is UPS.  You can find a UPS drop off or service center by clicking this link. Feel free to send it the cheapest way, but please be aware of any risks involved. Shipping insurance is an inexpensive way to ensure you will get your money in the rare (but possible) event your package is lost in the mail. If this does happen, TigerAngel Gifts is not responsible for refunding the money of any lost items. Having insurance will also guarantee your protection, should your item be damaged while in the mail.

How Will I Know That My Return Package has been Credited?
As soon as we receive your return package and credit your account, you will receive an email notification including your original order number and the amount of the credit.  Your credit will appear on your bank statement in time for your next statement (generally between 2-5 business days, depending on your bank).
