Customer service is key to guaranteeing anything. We are
always ready and willing to listen to any problem or
suggestion you might have! We guarantee we will do our
best to help you reach complete satisfaction!
Price:
I strive to offer prices that are fair, yet
competitive. Our stationery items are unique in their own
right, as you will not find the same item elsewhere since
they are all TigerAngel Original designs! Our baby
goods line, Elizabeth Austin, is also our own,
beloved creation that is only sold at TigerAngel Gifts!
Quality:
Only quality items will be sold on this site. Some
items are hand-sewn. I feel, with any hand-sewn product,
perfection is in the eye of the beholder who
understands. Big warehouse machines can mass produce,
but it just doesn't have the same effect as knowing your
product was handmade. Created with care and
joy...someone spent their time making something
delightful for you to use.
Service:
No crazy big warehouse mishaps should happen here.
Since I am a one person operation, personal care will go
into each order I fill. If I happen to blunder,
I will offer the proper compensation for the situation at
hand.
I will be more than happy to help you with your order
should you need assistance.
Ordering
& Payment options: TigerAngel accepts
VISA, MasterCard and Discover through TigerAngel's online, secure shopping
portal. Your privacy is important to us. Your personal, confidential information will be
kept just that. We will only use it for the purpose it is given to us. If you prefer to pay by check or money order,
please contact me and we will be happy to assist you with
your order.
Sales
Tax: Sales tax will be charged only to individuals who
live in North Carolina. Those who live outside of our
wonderful Tar heel state, will not be charged sales tax.
That's the law.
Shipping:
Please allow at least 2 weeks for delivery on
personalized items. Of course it will be our goal to
impress you and get your order out sooner than that
allowance!

Mistakes:
For personalized stationery items, a proof will be sent to each customer
via email, before final
printing, to help prevent printing errors. It will be your
responsibility to proof your stationery and you must sign
off on this proof before it goes to print. Because of this
step, we do not offer any compensation or reprinting for
spelling errors made on the customer's part. Once you sign
off on the proof, the design will not change, so errors
will not be at the fault of TigerAngel. We do recognize
and understand that everyone can sometime make a
mistake, and we will work with you to try and correct the
problem.
